Let me tell all of the CRAP Maserati North America Inc had me go through. Not knowing the impossibility of getting a copy of the original window label, I reached out to Maserati N.A.. Email was replied to from "Peter" Cust. Care Rep. He tells me he will look into this for me but first needs to update his system as to the new owner. Wants: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Mileage when bought, Mileage now, Copy of Title, and Phone Number. I scan and send him all the documents, a little later I get an email with this CRAP
"We are able to fulfill Monroney Label requests only for the vehicle’s original owner, and hope the equipment list will provide the information you’re looking for". He knew from the start that I was not the original owner but still put me through all this for nothing. I will say this again "SHAME on YOU, PETER"

I got the PM and will likely try to swing by on Sun 24th if time permits on the way up 95 back towards VA. I'll give you a shout once I'm in FL and let you know how things are going. 👍
Are you from Virginia?? If so, let me know where and we could do the same. Would love to see another Granturismo in the area. I’m in Fredericksburg, VA right off of 95

I was wandering through the Main forum posts (various yrs/models) and saw a post about getting a PDF copy of your Original window sticker from when your vehicle was new.

I thought this was the coolest thing and thought I'd share.

I figured it would make a neat addition to your vehicle paperwork. All you have to do is email them a request for the PDF and provide them proof of ownership and approx current mileage. I scanned my insurance card and sent it with my request. I had a response within a few hours.... So cool! :grin2:

Just bought a red 2013 Granturismo Convertible. I emailed the address you posted for the sticker and the email address is no longer valid.

Anybody have a new email address or ideas how I can get a window sticker?

I emailed Maserati asking for a copy of the original window sticker but was told they only provide original owners with them. I was given an options list. I did get the sticker from the dealership that sold it to the guy I purchased from.

So I was reading about something else and found Monroney reports that duplicate window stickers, sort of. It was $7.99 I think but they are not able to retrieve factory data from Maserati so you have to manually enter all your options. It also is showing the only option for mine being a 6 speed auto which it isn't. With them not being able to verify all the options it's kind of almost pointless really but here is what they phonied up....

I got the same response from them as well when I inquired about getting the original window sticker for my 17' MC. I would think that the company would keep this type of information on file for some time but perhaps not.

I got the same crap from Maserati N.A. and contacted the head office in Italy - they also asked for all the info re me being the new owner...same result - only able to provide for the first owner and told me to try N.A. Grrrrr.

Yes, I spoke to Maserati North America and they stated that they can only get window stickers for Maseratis of 2018 and above because they have a new system in place. I told them shame on them for not being able to give me a sticker on a $150,000+ car. A few weeks later they emailed me the attached photo. If they were able to email me this, why couldn't they email me the entire sticker? I actually have the original sticker in my house, but I need to find it.

I would imagine they could easily give out copies of window stickers. But especially now that they've started a Classiche department where they have monetized getting records and verifying cars they will be even less likely to help anyone out.

Similar thing happened years ago when Ferrari started theirs. I had a 308 and at the time if you registered it on the owner's site you could get a color certificate and a heritage certificate. You sent the gearbox and engine number along with the serial number and they'd gin up a form saying if it was all original. I was lucky enough to get both for mine at the time but it wasn't long after that they stopped and then they started Classiche where you could pay $5K to get a nice book with basically the same info.

They way of big corporations. Why give it away if you can charge for it?!

You gave me some hope that I might get a copy of my sticker so I sent Maserati NA another request. This is the reply this morning…..they better change the name because it is certainly lacking “premium care”….

Thank you for reaching out to Maserati Premium Care. We are only able to fulfill Monroney Label requests for the original owner of model year 2017 and newer vehicles, We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and understand this may be frustrating. This is the Maserati Process and we can no longer can reprint window stickers for vehicles older than 17MY as well. We will document your feedback regarding the process for internal review. As always you can call to further discuss, please ref Case# xxxxx.

So you can go to Monroney yourself and pay $8 to have them gin you one up. But it's likely not going to be exact like mine wasn't. For whatever reason on these cars, at least when I did it, their system doesn't have the info to fill it out by just putting in your VIN. So you have to enter all the options yourself. But like in my case, there wasn't an option to select for the F1 trans. As with all things computerized, you only get out what you input.

It's not super detailed but does get the job done - looks decent too.
