Obviously, if you turn it clockwise, it is Halt Stop, and anti clockwise it's Not Emergency

Interesting fact about eggs:
We refrigerate eggs in the U.S. as does many other countries because eggs are washed which removes the cuticle. (protective layer that covers eggs). In countries that do not refrigerate, the eggs are not washed, leaving the cuticle intact. Egg shells are actually porous so the cuticle helps keep bacteria out. Refrigerating eggs after they've been washed slows down any bacterial growth and keeps them fresh, longer.
