Could also possibly be done on a german autobahn at a section without speed limits.

I believe no dyno bench, look a the light refections...

it is nothing special to drive these speeds here on an German highway as there are a lot of highways with no speed limit...
i had my own spyder open with 260km/h+ and a Porsche 911 turbo with 315km/h, no closed tracks, no special permissions... but a good football game in TV, so the highways were empty 😀

But i don't dare to use a smartphone in that situation.
