I have one. Not sure if it's the exact same one. What year is your QP? Pretty much, from what I understand, 2003-2008 they don't totally talk to the canbus correctly. You'll get a "SYSTEM NEEDS PROGRAMED" error constantly, and not all features will work. For example, on the one you posted it needs to talk to the AC controls, as it replaces them. On my 2007, it can't correctly control the AC. It tires, then fails.

But mine may be a different/older one. But from my research they work better on the facelift cars than they do earlier ones. 🤷‍♂️

YMMV, but overall I'm happy with mine. The PO didn't seem to have hooked up the antenna nor wire it 100% correctly. For example it only comes on with the key is in RUN and not ACC. So, I have some more work to do. Also, my clock no longer works. He did say he's not great with wiring. But I DO know mine says "will get SYSTEM NEEDS PROGAMED" error on 2008 and previous MY cars. I was able to find some info online. Will not get the error on 2009+.

Mine's a late 2007 with the proper ZF auto gearbox. To be honest, I'd rather keep my ac controls as i like the buttons.

Has ANYONE bought that one?

What about this? To me, it looks the best from all the options out there.. think this would be my choice if i would buy one.
