I’m pretty sure I’ll be in on the Jan buy, just want to make sure my “iPhone only status” is going to work with my nav apps. Do you think anyone would be interested in a just recently Sticky Rx reconditioned stock radio?

what ever streaming apps you are using on your iphone, just download it on your android via google play store. Once it’s installed, launch, log into the streaming app with the same account on your iphone and now you will hear the quality difference. Whatever apps you have on your iphone goto google play and download them directly to the unit.

its about the apps... pandora is pandora on any device.... but pandora sounds poor over carplay.

Can I assume you have a gmail account logged into your unit?

I have a 2013 convertible and I will (hopefully!) be installed the rear camera this weekend. The cable surround on the convertible is different than on the coupe, but I don't think it will be difficult to feed the camera wires through it. More to follow if I get to the install this weekend.

Yes, the seat bottom is the same but the seat backs are attached separately. There is a large plastic tab at the top of the seat back that locks into the bracket that secures the head rest. A large screwdriver inserted between the head rest and the seat back top will release it.

What you want to do is depress the plastic tab that in the square hole in the bracket.

I wonder about a MiFi 8000 Mobile Hotspot

I’m not seeing the problem with just using the iPhone hotspot (no USB). All I use is Gmap and Pandora which is available on the unit. My phone is set to “Do not disturb while driving”, unlimited plan...why won’t that work?
