Copy of a window sticker

I would like to know exactly what my car has in terms of options. I talked to Maserati NA and they told me they could not get a copy or print out of the window sticker. The dealership where the car was purchased is not returning my calls. Is there anything I can do other that hounding the dealership?

should be easy

My dealer printer out the options from the vin while it was in for a service. Of course it was all in Italian!
