08 QP Can't access the radio/screen needs 4digit code?

Hey guys,

I just bought an 08 quattroporte with 60k miles and I can't access the radio or nav screen because it says I need a 4 digit code. how do I find the code? I cant seem to find one in the owners manual. Thanks.

Its on a card you get in the wallet of manuals. Otherwise it on the build sheet if you have it or can get it from the MD who supplied the car..

Look on the front ashtray insert...Most techs. will write it on here with a sharpie to make it easier when working on it..If not you will need to call your local dealer with your vin#....Jason

hi i have the same issue for radio code i can not find on ashtray or glove box . dealer ask for serial number of radio.

Sorry, wrong thread. OK so easy way, just go to your local dealer, give them the vin, they will pull the code. Service department should be able to print data card
