Very subjective, I know. Many people love certain colors and color combinations regardless of the car, but many people think certain colors look better on certain models.
I have read here many times that Nero Carbonio is the fastest color, and I'm sure that's true, so then which is the slowest color, and which is the best looking?
Same question goes for interior colors.
Thanks for your opinions.

That's a great question, very subjective of course so it will be interesting to see the replies. Personally with the cookie cutter cars in my past, i.e. BMr's and Porsches, I've always owned either silver or black cars with grey or black interiors. Then my local Masi dealer who knew I was looking called and said you really need to see this trade we just took in. Black with tan interior. First I said no thanks, a little too sedate for me, not sporty enough....but then I went and saw it and just thought it was so classy. Rich and luxurious on the inside and pure sports car on the out. Still like the classic color combos to but have really grown to love the one I have now.

If Nero Carbonio is the fastest color, then Rosso Mondiale is the sexiest color!

I have the cream interior but, if I had it to do all over again, I would opt for something else because, although it is beautiful, the windshield glare is un-freakin-believable. I like sdscardino's 'Yuengling' black & tan combo....it solves the drinking & driving dilemma.

I prefer a dark interior because the car has too many dark panels (stereo, buttons, etc) so a white interior makes too much contrast.

I couldn't agree more! Rosso Mondiale is, without a doubt, the sexiest color!

When I started shopping for a Maserati, I found that most were painted in traditional luxury car colors (this says quite a bit about the type of buyers that order cars new from the factory). Lots of low profile colors like black, silver, grey, blue, et al. While the 4200 series of cars really aren't sports cars (in the racing platform sense), I thought it appropriate to buy one in traditional Italian racing red. I personally like nero interiors on red or yellow cars.

As a side note, one of the rarest colors must be Giallo Grantourismo (yellow). I've seen very few for sale in this color and have never seen one on the road. Of course, "rare" does not always translate to "desirable". Clearly, out of the people that bought new and had their choice of any color to order, few picked yellow.

Here is a pic of the sexiest color...

I love black the best.

And my interior is all black - which makes the car VERY hot (temp wise, LOL) in the summer time.

But I won't get a car unless the interior is black.

I have OCD and I've had light tan seats before and it drives me crazy as it wears and you start to see dirt spots.

I stand corrected. Whatever color Ghfoto has is the sexiest color....look what it attracts. :D

Ghfoto - I hate you.

I'm launching a search for a black car NOW! What was the name of that color again?......Nero Car-boneo?

Black with tan is classic and of course fastest. I do like midnight blue and red exterior on a sports car and maybe like a gunmetal grey - all with tan interior, it just has a warm feeling to it when you are in the cockpit.
