Hey guys, I have a 06 qp gt, I picked it up as a no start project. Previous owner had parked it for 4 months prior and the battery died. I replaced the battery it would still not start. it has a po343, po340 cam sensor bank 1 code. I replace the cam and crank sensors. Still not starting. I checked compression. Everything looks good. Also checked the cam sensor connector. 12 volts on the power wire, 5 volts on the signal wire. The 5 volts drop when the sensor is triggered. It will try to start on a few cylinders if I hold the gas pedal to the floor while cranking the starter. Today I'm installing some new spark plugs to take that out of the equation.

you got good fuel pressure? Easy test on the valve on the fuel rail that the rails are at least full
Also not sure how important this step is but any time I disconnect the battery I do two 30-40 second cycles of the ignition on/off before cranking... apparently the throttle body and other bits need to set themselves up

Yes I have good fuel pressure, I verified it at the test port on the fuel rail. Also can hear both pumps running.

I would unplug the MAFS and try again to get it started....Work back to cam codes....Jason
