lot of ticking noise coming from climate fan?

Well ..... I may have found (at least) my problem with the ticking.

For my 09 QP, the problem seems to be the device shown in the pictures below.

Re Photo 1: The device is under the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment passenger side.

Re Photo 2: To test if this is your problem as well, start the car and make sure you can hear the ticking from inside the car. It was louder on the passenger side. Touch the device with the RED arrow in Photo 2. You should feel a ticking at the same frequency as you heard inside the car.

Turn car off.

Re Photo 3: to test the problem, unclip the device from the frame. You will also see 2 clips down on the frame. Unclip both of those as well. Use your imagination and find some way to suspend the hoses, wires and device away from the frame ... but still secure. I used the flat plate under the fuse/relay box.

Start the car. The ticking is gone!!

can the part #6 be replaced to get rid of the ticking noise entirely? Thank you.
