Looking at a 4pack(20mm front 25mm rears) . On Ebay as new at $249.00. I'ce seen the FD's and HR's and both are considerably more money. I've read about the quality of both but the price difference is very big.

Anybody have experience with this brand?

For the guys who have used them, my concerns are suspension geometry changes. Granted there will be a small lateral increase in traction with a wider stance. Car designers spend a great deal of time dialing in handling characteristics with suspension geometry. MY concerns are toe in, camber and also wheel bearing wear with the load further out.

How have wheel spacers changed the performance for those who have them?

I looked at those when I bought my HRs. I never liked the idea of wheel spacers due to the stress on bearings, suspension and possible failure so I went with the HRs for peace of mind. I looked on line and found both sets for under $400 total. $150 difference to use known good stuff is an easy choice. The cars look is so much better I'm glad I did it. Hell, couple months ago that was the cost of a tank of gas, in Cali it probably still is.

That looks like some Wuhan shit...We have installed a bunch of FD ones and never had an issue...The quality is excellent...You get what you pay for...I literally deal with all these knock off parts daily...The metal is soft or the studs suck etc..Buy stuff once IMO...Jason

Unless you track the car, you won‘t put any significant stress on wheel bearing loads, or for that mater any other suspension components , if you‘re concerned they’ll wear out faster ( with just 20 mm / 25 mm ones, that is..), it’s a negligible difference . But you should have an alignment done after you install them . And as Jason said, do not cheap out on something like this, saving a couple of hundred dollars can spell big trouble and big ensuing expenses.

Those honestly look pretty nice, but I just like FD stuff...Everything they make fits perfect and pretty much has no issues...If you want that brand then I would do some research I suppose...After seeing a bunch of these cars..I like a 20/25MM spacer on them and some lowering springs..They have a huge wheel gap in the rear from the factory..Aftermarket springs don't really mess with the front much, but will drop the rear down a good bit...Just my 2 cents..Like I said I have seen a bunch of them a bunch of different ways..J

I would stick with known vendors for things that keep my wheels attached to my car!! H&R is the "cheap" way out here. made in Germany so I have confidence.

I used FD's on the rear and H&R's on the front (Power goes to the rear, and the front wheels don't have near as much stress on them)

You are not gonna tear up stuff on these cars running wheel spacers on the street...It has been proven for years now...They have large wheel bearings and it isn't a issue..So space away..Jason

Thanks all for your insight. It's appreciated. The BOSSNOOS/Bloxport looks like a really good product. The bottom-line is I'm not sure I can trust them. Just not enough info on them. They may be perfectly fine but my nature would be continually suspicious of there quality. I ended up going with the HR's(25mm rears/ 22mm fronts) Moderately priced and the company has a good reputation for making quality stuff.

You can never tell with any product these days...It says German, but the parent company is based in Germany and the product is made in China...Not just wheel spacers, but the entire market of everything is littered with knock off products..It kinda sucks as a consumer...It sucks up a bunch of your time trying to figure out if something is a POS...That is why I just buy from companies I know...I have been burned myself by junk products..That wasn't a rant BTW....It was a thought... J

A lot less stress buying from known companies. In venturing into buying the GT it's a whole new learning curve for me. This forum is certainly a valuable resource in advice and steering me in a good direction. I'm thankful for that! Ordering anything from China that's more than a few bucks is a whole other animal in product support and reliable info.

I live in Troy Michigan and there is a Maserati dealership and service dept. not far from me. Part of my decision in buying the the GT was to have a local dealership if I run into areas beyond what I can do. Don't know how good they are, but at some point I may find out lol.

I work on the car myself so haven't had the need to take it to the dealer on Maplelawn but I did get the wheel lock key from the parts department there...I was at DiscountTire for new tires and couldn't find the wheel lock key. I didn't want to reschedule the install so I called the parts department to see if they had it in stock. The guy was super helpful and offered to stay open past closing time so that I could pick up the key and get the tires installed same day. Maybe the service department is equally good?

Anyways, I work nearby and drive by there every now and then since the Maserati, Lamborghini, Bentley, Bugatti and Aston Martin service is all in the same space. Always see something nice parked out front...

If you are going to do spacers go with something more reputable. Personally I think the spacers complete the proper stance for the car, the wheels seem to be too deep in the wheel wells without them. Having said that I went with HR spacers and when you consider that it's an additional piece of metal holding the wheel to the car spending the extra $35 per wheel to have something that has been properly engineered seems like a no brainer.
