So I started up my Mas today and actually paid attention to all the warning lights that come on and then go off...

So there's a light called "Slow Down."

Anyone ever trigger that or know the story behind it?

Anything else come on? The TPMS sensor will give that warning if a tire is too low but then the TPMS sensor indicator will allow show.

It means that your catalytic converters are getting too warm. This can happen for several reasons. Unfortunately it may mean that they are starting to fail, clog up and overheat.

Feel free to give me a call, there are quite a bit of things to check.

And modern Ferrari's have the same warning light. Isn't that Special? ;) Pray that the only time you see this indication is during the ignition-on dash light check as you mentioned.
