Unless you have my car (Gransport with Becker radio), in which case you'll need the radio code every time.

Don't forget to turn the ignition to MAR and let it sit for 30 sec before starting the first time after battery replacement.

Tommy, First, WHY is our battery dead???? If you do not know, you should find out. Let me know if you are going to test anything and I can guide you through it. The stock FIAMM batteries are not worth the lead inside them. interstate
mt-34R is the right replacement as Deane G suggested. Also a battery tender of some sort is highly recommended for storage of a month or longer. Lots of luck!

Ok so I had not started my car for 5 days and the battery wouldn't start. The batter is the stock one from Europe the car is 2003 so that's why I think its dead I changed it today and its perfect ready to go. I shut the power before as you guys said and I didn't need any codes or anything it was a cake.

Thanks
