I poked around the web a bit and cannot find out if a Manual has been offered on the Quattroporte in the past few years. Where they offered with a stick in any market?

No it was not. It only comes in Automatica, and Duoselect. The duoselect is the F1 paddle type shifting. Even ferrari isn't offering sticks as an option anymore, they called it the natural progression. Its only F1 paddle shifting. I miss driving a stick in my cars, but I love the F1 systems as well. Different feel. I might get another car to beat on and row through the gears.
