I have a 2003 coupe that the Heater A/C system stopped working due to a short in the harness going to the control unit.The harness going to the control unit,the unit and blower were replaced by the dealer. The car was out of warranty by 3 montha and MNA would not help even though the dealer tried and I spoke to a Karen Hayes in customer service but she wouldn't even return my calls to explain why it was denied only sending an email to the dealer.My belief is this is not a wear item [the harness ]and they should have shown some goodwill andthe dealer felt the same way.You would think Maserati would want to stand behind their product.Needless to say it was a very expesive bill so if anyone has had any experience with a similiar situation I would love to hear from you or have an email address of a high ranking official in the company I could elevate this to I would appreciate it.Thank You
