I did the factory tour last year during a vacation in Tuscany. Well worth the trip to Modena. Very impressive facility, very well informed and engaging guide. I didn't realize how much racing investment is still being made.

Highly recommended if you're in Italy.

Do you have to schedule a tour in advance or can you just show up at the factory unanounced?

Is the factory the best place to see a lot of different color combos?

You need to schedule it. Just call your Maserati dealer and they can take care of it for you, or you can do the same with your regional Maserati office.

Well worth it.

I also did the factory tour last year. My wife and I drove through France and into Italy in the Maserati - a great trip. The guys at the factory were excellent, very helpful and unhurried. The engine and car testing was an eye opener. If you get the chance, go!
