I have never seen that and for 6K I would let it seep until you see oil drips on the ground...A lot of the stuff dealers call leaks are actually just some seepage...You can go broke trying to stop all that crap..Like you said, you took it in for an oil change and not an oil leak..Keep trucking...J
Turbo oil return line o-ring leak
Brought my car in for a oil change at the dealership and they happened to come across some leaks and this is what they told me;
Only other notes I have is that there are two small oil leaks. The left and right side turbo oil return lines have small o-ring gaskets leaking, and also the front engine cover is leaking as well. The left and right side turbo oil return lines have small o-ring gaskets leaking, and also the front engine cover is leaking as well.
The cost to replace the 4 o-rings on both sides of the turbo lines is $520 plus tax. The front cover is very labour intensive, it comes to $5,950 installed.
Has anyone else had similar problems with leaking o-rings in the turbo oil return lines or the front cover. And its not the valve covers they are talking about apparently its a cover in the front thats leaking thats behind the rad.

Similar ... Got to dealer as my 2015 Quattroporte started produced white smoke, to check if coolant temperature sensor is bad or anything else. Do not see any leakage under car, nor coolant level dropping. Dealer look at it for a day, and come up with probably coolant tank leakage and turbo leakage, saying both oil and coolant is leaking and Turbo and coolant tank replacement comes to 18k+ (on a 25k worth car). Tried to convinced dealer to replace only tank, and as he mentioned that that will not fix issue completely, I assume that at this point it mostly a probable speculation on issue. Asked him to sow me the crack on the tank, he was trying to wiggle out of that, that we probably can show that, but we did saw old coolant dry-out strains and that is a proof. Any suggestions on how to check the coolant sensor, or other ideas are very appreciated.
