Man, you have plastered the forum about this in mostly the incorrect sections...Measure the size of the bolt ...Like 12 or 14 mm and use a chart online...The arm needs to be level when you tighten it or it will ruin the bushing in short order...Jason

@MaseratiByChance thank you so much! How about the ball joint of the control arm?
40Nm top, 70 Nm bottom. And like Jason said, the control arms shouldn't be tightened 100% until the weight of the vehicle is put on them. Without a drive on lift its harder to do. If you haven't removed them yet you can take a measurement and then put them back in same place and tighten. Good luck
