I'm trying to fix my steering rack but the parts I have been given are too big. They were included as part of my purchase when I bought the car from a company that no longer has the rights to sell the product anymore. The new distributor of Maserati parts has suggested I take the steering rack out and give it to a reconditioning business to have them match the parts.
I have a 1998 Ghibli 2.8 GT, and the supplier can not identify the parts. Can anyone help.
The included photo shows the part i'm trying to replace (it was purchased as a package with tie rod ends which fitted ok). It seems to be bigger and too long for the application.
