I've found a lot of sports cars get squeaks from time to time, and a lot of time its because some moisture has built up and there is a coating of rust, or perhaps through some city driving or light brake use they have gotten somewhat glazed over.

I usually take the car out, drive it around a bit, and get everything, especially the brakes up to normal operating temp. Then from about 60-70mph on a deserted road, I do a couple or three full-on emergency stops, and that usually gets rid of the squeak for a while.

Some cars just always squeak. I seem to remember Paco's video of the trofeo on the track having some wicked brake squeak every time he got on them.
