Speaker Replacement-Spyder--Mounting depth issues?

I am planning/considering upgrading my stock speakers and am leaning towards Focal speakers. My plan is to add a 6.5 inch woofer in the door panels , along with a one of the 5.25 component set for the speaker behind the headrests. .

I noticed a lot of the Focal speakers have large magnets therefore mounting depth may be an issue. Any of you who have replaced your speakers have an issue with this??

I was looking at the Focal Poly Kevlar series of speakers.
