I not sure if you guys recall a couple months back when I hit the pot hole and deployed the airbag but I'm looking to get another maser now so I'm getting this one in tip top shop to sale/trade.
I just wanted to know if anyone here knows all that needs to be replaced when installing a new airbag. I don't FULLY understand the complete operation of the system to know what is unusable after a deployment.
It is my passennger side airbag.
I know obviously that the bag module itself must be replaced part number: 66113100
The Interior Bag Cover Part number:
663681..
My only question is does the side impact sensor and/or any other parts need to be swapped out as well? After that I assume any dealer should be able to shut off the abs warning light for me.
