Skyhook eliminator

I checked on my Launch Pro and Ferrari have a digitek module listed for instrument cluster but it doesn’t even connect.

So it does seem DIY resistors are the cheapest option, the SD3 reconfiguration prob number two (1 hour labor?).

resistors are really hardy - soldered in place, wrapped in electrical tape, and pulled into the chassis instead of the wheel well and I’d expect them to last a really long time.

There is a simple solution to resolve the error light when replacing the skyhook suspension.

Just remove the plug to the skyhook module in the boot (you can also remove the module). This removes the error without any other issues. The system is not smart enough to tell that the whole skyhook system has been disabled.

I previously used the FD modules to remove the error, but made this change several years ago with no issues.
Nice - great info

Thank for this insight, i wasn't aware that you can check the actual values with such website. I ordered the correct one, but received the wrong product :(
Wouldn't even consider checking it, lesson learned.

I ordered new ones which will arrive today, will give an update later today
I would not expect a too high resistance value to cause a fuse to blow so when you get the correct resistor best make sure that the legs are not touching each other when folded back on itself.
