Scratch :-(

So I parked in my garage last night and noticed a ~8" scratch on the door. ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Most of it should be able to buff out except a 1 or 2" section. ARRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Not sure where it came from, whether a door or a key or something else. Hazards of city daily driving I guess but geez. As they said in Pulp Fiction "You don't mess with a man's car"

I guess I'm off to the dealer this morning.

Just venting.

...and the color of your car is???

Mine is black and I'm learning to live with a small scratch on the passenger door. I would say you be careful, sometimes trying to fix small scratches only make the area more noticeable.

...just my 0.02 cents
Glad to hear its off.

Mine is not really a scratch but a small dent that did not damage the paint at all. I do know the guy who did it ...here is the story of how it happened: I was picking him up and he opened the door to get into the car but there was not much room for opening the door because of a water hydrant that was on the sidewalk and when he opened the door it accidentally hit the hydrant... when we arrived to the place we were going I saw the small dent and wondered where it could have happened. When I went to drop him off I saw the hydrant and immediately knew... but he is an old friend, I know he did not do it on pourpose and if saying anything to him would fix my car I would have done so but I know it does not so I decided to shut up.
