One thing I'm sure my maser is not good at: a drag race. It's clearly more of a scalpel than a sledgehammer.

Sounds like fun though using someone else's car though! Would have gladly subjected my Merc to a few hot runs, if it were still operable.

Wow. Some of those drivers have the reaction times of a corpse. The person in the SL/SLK drives like a 16-year old learning to drive a manual.

The track prep was horrible, many of the cars were spinning tires in 2nd and 3rd gear have way down the track.

I dunno, that American muscle car seemed to do just fine... ;-)

Sounds like a good time, though. I'll have to take the Maser up to Maple Grove Raceway sometime next summer!
