The top rubber around the driver side mirror gasket was split, and I took it in (the second time) to get it replaced. This time, the dealer noticed the window went up too much and cut into the frame, and then tore the rubber. So they performed adjustment to the window, and noticed the the stop nut was missing (Italian QC 
). Now, everything is OK
