I have a 2014 Quattroporte and it's been mostly fine over the 6 years I've had it, but now the top of the front dash is buckling a little nearby where the front speaker grill is located. The dealer said they can fix it, but will require the entire dash to be exchanged for $$$. I think I can flatten it again by removing the speaker grill and using a long device of some kind to insert glue at the proper spot. I have two questions: 1) How do you take the speaker grill off? (I thought I would ask so that I don't break the grille or whatever is used to keep the grill secured to the dash) and 2) Is there a type of glue that's best to use that will not seep through the top of the dash?

Thanks.
