I'd be interested to hear comments on the quality of dealer support everyone is experiencing. My dealer in Swindon, UK cant be more helpful. Always welcome me with a coffee when I visit, they have dealt with a couple of warranty fixes quickly and without question and have always lent me a 5 series BMW when they had my car in. They have also invited me to a couple of Maserati UK customer events - the Goodwood Revival and a Maserati testing day at the Millbrook proving ground.
I expect good service from any car dealer but these guys always seem to go above and beyond. I cant praise them highly enough and if you are in the UK and looking for a Maserati or Ferrari, I would check them out.
If you are getting bad service, as I see many of you guys in the US are, why not let the importer know.
