My '05 QP sustained damage to the paint on the front bumper. I've priced a new paint job at $550 to $600 if the bumper is painted without removing it from the car (much more to remove it). Does anyone know if it is cheaper to just replace the bumper? What does a new bumper cost?

Most car lots have mobile paint and body shop companies that travel from lot to lot repairing dings and dents in cars that have been brought in for trade or bought at auction.

In the past I have just arranged to have my car done at the same time (with a small gratuity to the salesperson!) and the cost is usually quite reasonable and the work very good. Obviously not good for major body work but a few scrapes and dings are fine.

Spiszkin.... not a new bumper... He works on all the Ferrari's, Lambo's etc.. He comes to your home and fixes holes, scratches etc and then does a great paint job. ( about 2 hours) Cost are between 150 to 400. Hope this helps
