I purchased and am picking up my 2005 GranSport (black on black) this week and have a couple of questions.

1. I noticed at the dealership that both of the interior panels (drivers and passenger side) between the front and backseats (just behind where the seatbelts are, seem to be loose at the top portion. It looks as if there may have been a glue that had come off. Has anybody had an issue with this and how to remedy?

2. I was thinking of installing a Quicksilver Supersports muffler. To cut some cost, I was going to hold off on a center pipe replacement. What have most of you guys run in terms of exhaust pieces and manufacturers. Approx cost as well?

Check for broken panel clips... unless it's the material coming unglued from the panels themselves, I'm not aware of any reason that those interior pieces should appear to be coming loose.

In the case of your car, is it leather that looks loose in those areas, or Britex, or???

Collectively, members here have run virtually every exhaust combo possible. In my experience, mufflers are fantastic for shaping sound but an x-pipe is needed to get any real volume. It all depends on what you are looking for.

Also, haven't heard the Quicksilver boxes but I can tell you that Larini mufflers on these cars sound absolutely perfect.

The 05' GS should already have a factory x-pipe installed.

I just got an 06 GS and I going to see how it sounds with just the de-cats first before I look at mufflers.

I'm happy to say that I picked up my Maser today at Lake Forest Sports Cars. David was my salesman and I highly recommend him. Concering my points in my OP...

1. It was the clips of those interior panels that were broken and they had them fixed by the time I picked up the car today.

2. I ordered QuickSilver SuperSport mufflers last night. I got a call from the distributor today and he notified me that they would by getting sent over for the UK in about 14 days. This is a good day!

Fantastico & Welcome! We will all be waiting anxiously to hear your QS setup. As Travis said, we've seen/heard just about every combo you can imagine but, yours will be the first QS. Personally, I'm thinking the biggest bang will come from the Larini de-cats so, I'm just waiting for the right time....
