You don't, doing it the right way. You program the car to accept a new key, and they are purchased from Maserati direct

Aftermarket keys can be programmed too.
I have programmed aftermarket keys for Alfa and Ferrari to a QP, so we aren’t limited to just the blue Maserati keys.
