How in the world do you get to it? I assume removal of glove box but I haven't figured out how yet. There are 4 screws at the top but after that it's confusing, I can't see what is holding it in. Has anyone else done this?

Anyway, I got it out but what an ordeal.
First you take out moving part of glovebox, 4 screws on top and 4 along the bottom hinge. Drop it out of the way disconnecting some wires. Then carefully pop our vent on the far right, vent elbow with 2 screws, long vent pipe with 2 screws

Switch was 130 delivered with Scuderia, local dealer wanted 160 plus tax

Did you have to remove the wood dash trim to get to the four top screws? Thanks for the help?

I don't remember exactly but I don't think so. I think once the entire glove box is out you have just enough room to reach in and undo the screws by feel
