I saw some posts on page 3 of this forum discussing GPS and thought I'd try to start up the discussion again. When I put in the Nav CD and turn on the Navigator the satellite receiver Icon on my screen stays black and it doesn't seem to be finding a satellite. Reading the earlier posts it seems that GPS may have been an option on Maseratis and some cars were shipped without an antenna. Some of the posters said they'd installed a new GPS antenna and then the system worked fine. There was also some discussion of having the Nav Head Unit reprogrammed by the dealer.

Has anyone experienced this problem and had good luck fixing it? What did you do and how hard was it?
