Hello guys hope everyone is well and safe
My Bluetooth was not performing well on my 2014 QP GTS so After a little search, I entered the dealer mode to do a factory reset.
clicking on many buttons confused me and led me to the page on the screedshot (page header is reflashing and it says software missing)

what I’m asking is whether or not the software is gone? Can I revert what I did? If not, can I reinstall the software without visiting the stealer?

I have a 2014 QP6 as well and did something similar. I ended-up pulling apart a Dodge UConnect head unit I bought on eBay and physically replaced the Garmin nav board and it came back up.

With that said, NavRepair ([email protected]) can definitely fix the head unit for you. It's easy to remove. Taking off the two side knob/trim panels gently is the hardest part.
