If it isn't clear yet I'm in the market for a used Maserati.

I have spoke to a few people here and their and have been given a few tips.
What I also heard was that Maserati had a few recalls on all of their vehicles I was told about 3 or 4 to be exact. One had to do with the F1 paddle shift, can anyone elaborate on these recalls?

On my 2005 QP I had 4 "campaigns" but no recalls. Most campaigns were for items customers complained about, i.e. squeaking instrument cluster. I, personally, have no complaints in that regard. Dealer did it anyway. The list from Panos is helpful - very helpful. Thanks!

the older coupes hand a clutch and transmission software upgrade...according to many the throttle blip on downshift in the non updated models is more accurate and faster although I have not driven an 02 or 03 model so I cannot personally confirm.

When looking into a Maser I recommend getting a PPI from a reputable mechanic or dealership just so you know what you are getting into...remember these cars are more ferrari then anything else and if you get on a ferrari forum they all swear by the PPI also due to the level of technology that is packed into these cars.
