How would you describe it 'in person'?
I believe from my experience yesterday that Mc20 enthusiasts are very different from today's Ferrari enthusiasts.
Less aggressive than the Ferraris, and with more fluid lines, it will be successful with amateurs who prefer a more discreet sports car.

I am not at all convinced "amateurs would prefer a more discreet sports car" ; probably rather the opposite :unsure: ;) ,... but I certainly see the lure of the MC20's design. It is very exquisitely elegant, yet a full blown sports car.

Is there any reason why the MC20 convertible couldn‘t have the same doors design ? I know absolutely nothing about structural engineering, so just trying to figure out if it would only require a fairly standard built modification, as is the case with any regular doors convertible, or a major change which would add a much heftier price tag to the model .
I only recall seeing coupes with “unconventional“ doors, although there may be convertibles out there with them, it’s just that none come to mind at the moment.. 🤔 ..

McLaren does this all day long.

I just love this formula: carbon tub, hardtop spider, doors that go up... I can't wait to see the Spyder version of MC20!
