Hi Folks:
I just found out today that Frank Baker (most of you might know Frank as the driving force behind A.W. Imports in New Jersey), passed away a few months ago. Frank had been ill for years, but continued to work up until about 6 months before he passed away.
Frank was instrumental in working with me on "Quattroporte" issues back in the late-80's and throughout the 90's. He was a great source for Maserati GT parts back then, and will be sorely missed. I will always remember the time I drove a Mercedes 450SL from Seattle to his place to trade him for a 1980 Maserati 4Porte (some of you may have read my article in VCM # 64 about that trip).
Rest in peace, Frankie!
