Miles: don;t mind too much

Price range: 80 to 85k

To be totally honest, you need to get into the 90-95 range to find a car you want. There are a handful of cars in that price range, but you don't want them. Just remember these aren't a BMW or Mercedes. An 05-06 model year car was actually built that year, not an 05 being sold in may of 04.
