Hi

Have a 2019 levante with 12K miles and it is down 2 quarts of oil. Car was leased in Feb of this year and does mostly local city driving. (10 mile commute daily)
Going in for scheduled service in a week or so, wondering if anyone else has seen oil consumption this high for a new motor.

Other than that car has been rock solid.

How do you know it burned 2 qts?? Maybe it was delivered with a low level. Just a thought.

Check oil notification and it is low on the dipstick. Going in tomorrow for scheduled service.

Keep an eye on it, let Maserati know if you're needing to add oil, make sure they see what you see along the way to help document it in the event it turns into a bigger concern. You'll want to be able to show that it existed for some time. With that said, they may not do much about it unless or until you have an actual mechanical problem. Oil consumption alone isn't usually enough to start any type of warranty claim.

Hope that helps!
