I'm thinking of changing the yellow interior lighting to LED white. Has anyone done this and can tell me which type of bulbs are recommended?

Just did it yesterday 2-7-16

I bought this kit on ebay and it worked very well with the exception of breaking a tab on the rear dome light.

I just did this on my Land Rover and it looks great..If you don`t want to buy that kit you can match up the bulbs with ones for sale on ebay...most are 36 or 39mm festoon bulbs.. Its cheaper that way.....Jason

I saw this ad on Ebay but it said it was for the MC model only......will it work on my GT Sport convertible?

Go to Ebay and type in your make, model, and year and search for Interior LED lighting and you should be able to find a compatible product. That's how I found it for my MC

How to reach the front doom light? I found two deep holes on it but seems there isn't the screw inside it. Any clue how to remove it?

I put something in the Sticky thread -Common Fixes with regard to the bulbs and other important info. Just be sure the mm sizes are correct on the festoon bulbs. Interior bulbs do not need to be CANBUS compliant but exterior certainly do.

Stefanz- A note of caution, a lot of the ebay compatibility filters will show as NOT COMPATIBLE when in fact they are.

ZZJ- Get your plastic pry tool and work your way around it....I found that I could pop the front a little then pop the back and it pulls right out(with a little umph!)

Thanks for the tips! I just pull it really hard and it just came off.
But I find I can't get the footwell light out. I find it can be push to one side and pull the other side out a little bit. But then it stuck and no matter how had I pull it just doesn't come off. I think I almost broke my nail lol. So I assuming it must be the wrong way. Does anyone know how to remove that? Sorry if the question is too dumb. I found I'm really bad at doing anything myself.

No you are right, the footwell lights are a b$&@. I broke the tab on mine. Stupid ass design but they are SUPPOSED to shift left and then angle out but they don't. If you can manage to get a screwdriver up thereto help pop it they may work. Once out, cut down the tab points a bit and you'll not have the problem again.

Hi, On my GT model 2011, I would like to change the door light with a logo. However, most of the sellers propose the parts for GT models from 2013 onwards. I could not find a LED light with logo with my type of connector (please refer to photos). I tried Aliexpress, Ebay, etc... Any suggestion ?
