I have to tell everyone that this person is fantastic, and I have not yet done one dollar's business with him.

He has always been available to answer my crazy questions, and he is tireless about responding in detail.

W/O question he's a rare one.

I encourage everyone who can support him with business to do so. You can't go wrong from my perspective.

Thank you, Jeff.

He's been great to me as well, with the several questions posed to him :)

Will be getting the stuff soon Jeff, just need to sort out the garage in Yokohama ;)

agreed... today, I am going to begin self-installing a number of FD upgrades which include the BMC filter. SS brake lines, new pads, and the FD springs...I had mine powder coated red to match my rosso mondiale exterior. When purchasing, Jeff even offered that I call him to walk me through the install over the phone. I will attempt all these by using the info already on this forum, since that's why we have a great place like this but, it's comforting to know that you have back-up directly from the guy that sold you the stuff. Have you ever had anyone do that before? Truly a find & we are lucky have him here.

Agreed! Jeff was really responsive and extremely friendly when I purchased my products. He offered to even pre-qualify the installer I was thinking of using. Thanks Jeff!

Honestly, Jeff is at the top of the curve for responsiveness in ANY business. If even the best of my commercial suppliers in my work world were this good....

A bit of a crazy thought, and I'm not from the auto industry at all, but is it all feasible to get Jeff introduced into Maserati? I know that his mods are in most cases things that SHOULD come that way from the factory, but these enhancements of high value. At least from a product development perspective? And how do good after market mods become OEM parts?

Jeff!!!

I could not agree more! I ordered and had my garage install numerous FD upgrades. The parts were excellent and just what I was looking for and Jeff was very courteous and helpful with both myself and my mechanic. I would recommend him to every Maserati owner!

:-D

Thanks!

Yah, I am still a bit shocked at exactly how great of a guy Jeff is... It's a very rare thing to have someone be so selfless and so willing to help...

There has to be a catch. I think maybe he will take my firstborn...

Jeff

Taking this recco (on bridging to Maserati) I might be able to do something w/Maserati Marketing Dept; drop me an e-mail to discuss.

I too have had great experience dealing with Jeff. I have most of the FD mods to date and am getting ready for the X Ppipe, DBW, Cats, and sway bars and in all cases Jeff has been very responsive and helpfull in making sure that I understood the installation details and upside/ downside on my buying decisions.

Thank you for the support guys. I really appreciate it.

I do my best to come through for you all, the same way I would want to have someone come through for me. I raced for quite a few years and I learned what it takes to win. You have to come on time, on budget and deliver a superior product that doesn't easily fail. I try to extend those traits to our products and services.

When I first came to the Maserati Arena, it was a tough sell to get started. Eventually our products earned a reputation and apparently our service as well.

Thank you again, I'll do my best to continue to deliver more quality products for the Maserati for you to enjoy.
