I am very close to purchasing a 3200 GT '2000. A fine looking example of the Marque. This car has been almost laid up for 7 years having only done 3,000k in that period. Service history shows all the stamps from Dealers up to 2011. However, I can find no evidence of the timing belts EVER being changed ! ( Do Dealers not routinely make comment of this in the Service book? or at least a sticker on the timing chain cover? My question is, IS THIS POSSIBLE ? the car had travelled 87,000k and I'm currently freaking out driving it on one weeks loan from the Owner, before I decide to grab it.
