Dealer calims that my 03 coupe cambio with 12 k miles need a new clutch with sensor, not covered by warranty the cost will be $3500- $5000.
The transmission got stuck and the car could not be started, now can work ok but this can happen anytime according to the service manager at the dealer in Houston.
Did anyone have this problem ?
Thanks

A clutch will very rarely be covered by warranty unless it's a defect clutch. Owning a Ferrari requires extensive service with engine out. You have a Maserati where the biggest expense on the car is a clutch every 15-20k miles. If you're new to Italian cars let me tell you, this is one of the cheapest exotics you can own as far as maintenance goes.

Regards,

Kevin
