Is $45k on a 04 Coupe with 6k a good deal

I am getting ready to purchase a 2004 coupe F1 with 6500 miles for $45k. Is that a good deal. Are the F1's really that bad? What should I look for when doing an inspection

I would have it checked to see if the car was repainted. Any bodyshop should be able to tell you if it has been, they also have a tool which measure the thickness( varying paint thickeness means it was repainted)
