Is $45k on a 04 Coupe with 6k a good deal

I am getting ready to purchase a 2004 coupe F1 with 6500 miles for $45k. Is that a good deal. Are the F1's really that bad? What should I look for when doing an inspection

that sounds about right. I saw a 2002 sypder with 4k miles sell for 36k. I saw a 2003 coupe sell for 42k.
