Independent Maserati mechanic near Atlanta

Does anyone know of any independent maserati mechanics in Atlanta. My 06 QP is almost due for a new clutch. I was going to order the parts from Eurospares or Ricambi America whose prices are much cheaper than the stealer. But now my service advisor told me he has to get the ok for me to bring my own parts for service even though they are original maserati parts. The stealers' prices are almost double which is rediculous.

No offense, but I'm having a problem recalling any of these events..If we fixed your car and it broke the next day we would gladly pay for the tow.. If you want to PM your name I`ll be glad to look it up...Thx...Jason
I have used Jason and Enzo's since I owned my first Maserati and I can't recommend them highly enough. I am sorry that kubadat has had this issue but can't for the life of me see how an oil change could cause this. It's only one plug and a filter, right?
Thanks Scott...I'm not real sure what to make of this as We don't know who Kubadat actually is or his service history..I have PMed with no reply. It would have been a drain plug and an OE Maserati oil filter.. It someone had a leak the next day, I would simply have them swing by for us to look at it again or change the filter perhaps..Any of the other people that know me on here would tell you that...We do provide rentals and towing on us if something we do is not correct for any reason.. If kubadat can provide us with an invoice from dealer explaining where this leak was coming from and we caused it then we will refund his oil change bill here no problem..Like I said all of this is news to me and not recent like maybe 2017..I never got a PM or a phone call from anyone unhappy with anything..

In the end...We run a legit business and have a ton of happy customers...We have happy customers on here as well as Yelp..It is the internet and occasionally a customer and a shop can't get on the same page for whatever reason.. Sometimes a customer has been treated poorly by another repair shop and have a sour taste in their mouth..In the end you try to keep everyone happy, but sometimes you are not able to do so..We are gonna keep trying....Regards, Jason

Sorry to hear about the situation, we have only known Jason and Enzo's to be a quality shop that is knowledgeable on Maserati, performs good work for clients and takes care of customers. Hope you're able to reach out and let them help to make it right if there was an issue. As Jason said sometimes you can't always be on the same page as a customer but I do believe they will do what they can to help

Best Regards,
I tried Enzos and it ended up being a disaster for me. After a simple oil change, I had oil dripping on my garage floor. Jason refused to even look at it saying "I think we know how to do an oil change". Look, I get it, it's an easy one, but that doesn't mean something didn't happen (bad seal, etc.) that's not your fault. Exactly like the time they did a different repair and the part failed the next day (which cost me a tow bill, rental car, ruined night out with the wife..). Oh yeah, they got grease on my seat too.

Anyway, he claimed it was a transmission leak and quoted me a price. I figured it was plausible and took it for face value. I went to schedule the repair, but all of a sudden, they claimed the price was higher; much higher. I felt like I was being jerked around and definitely not getting the service or treatment I hear about, so back to FMOA I went. Since everything was now covered in oil, they needed to clean and inspect themselves to verify where the leak was coming from. Guess who ended up having to get another oil change?? Yeah, this guy. And guess who no longer had a "transmission leak"?

So, not only did I pay Enzo's for an oil change, I paid FMOA for one and paid them for cleaning the mess. Had I stuck with the dealer from the beginning, I would've come out cheaper and without all of the hassles.
I don't mean to question your story here, but I have heard only very good things from everyone on and off this forum about Jason and his team at Enzo's. Please give him a chance to make things right and let us know what happens. There aren't enough good indys for these cars and reputation is everything.

Jason,

Sorry, I'm not on the forums all the time, but I just responded to your pm.

I did alert you about the leak and sent photos of the large oil spill on my garage floor. When I came by, you laughed and said "I think we know how to do an oil change" and refused to entertain the idea that something could have gone awry. I never said or insinuated that you don't know what you're doing. But feces happens sometimes; that's part of life. No big deal. I would've taken a few minutes to double check. Mind you, I paid you more for the oil change than I do at the dealer; I was okay with that as I was hoping for a long term relationship where I'll save money on other services/overall.

I towed my car in when I broke down overheating. You did the repairs and I picked it up only to break down the next evening from overheating. When I called, you had ME tow it back to you. I paid for that and my own rental. Not once did you offer to cover that. You found one of the parts you had replaced (relay) to be defective. You replaced it and all was working fine. Again, stuff like this happens and it's nobody's fault. I only look at the response (did you take care of it, etc.). You took care of the repair, but I was on the hook for the tow and rental. I would not have been at FMOA.

I came to your shop because of your reputation and helpful manner on the forums. You're always giving good advice and share your knowledge here.

Jason @ Enzo. What are the prices for oil service on a Ghibli
PM sent....I usually don't quote prices on here as I'll being doing it for that price for another 10 years...:grin2: Jason
Follow up on the kubadat post.. We finally got in touch with kubadat and looked into his service history..This was from July of 2017...Had I known someone was upset about something we would have done something...Few notes here.. I'm unsure why the car was leaking oil after we changed it..It was an OE filter and the drain plug was tight...Maybe a defective filter? The car left with a leaking transmission leaking electrical sleeve..Very common leak on a ZF 6hp with 100k on it..I assumed the leak he saw was that...That is my fault on that one and I should have put the car in the air...As far as the tow and the rental car that was just a misunderstanding as we always pay for that ..If you fix enough cars than stuff is gonna go wrong...It is part of the business..We have brought cars back to people's homes in the past on occasion.

I'm sorry things went sideways for kubadat for his first visit to our shop...It is not indicative of a normal visit...We have reached out to kubadat in order to make him happy...I'm not sure a lot of shops would do that after a 1.5 years, but we will....Regards...Jason

2005 maserati quattroporte m139

Any thoughts on Select Motors in Marietta?
2005 Maserati quattroporte I drove up a drive way that was quite an inclined. There was a slight hesitation with a little noise. Parked the car, later I went out to start there was no response. Information screen reads "transmission failure." Does anyone have any ideas?
I had my GT serviced at Enzos yesterday by Jason and was very pleased. The staff and owner there are very nice and prices are very reasonable for these type of cars. Keep up the good work guys
