Hi guys, Am sending my Brembos off to get powdercoted over winter hibernation and need some help choosing a NEW unique red finish. I have the anodized calipers that are weary and need a respray. I love the high gloss look and while I considered different colors I ultimately concluded you just can’t beat red brakes - a badge of honor amongst sports cars, and just looks so good.

Now I don’t desire a ‘normal’ red since I’m going to all this trouble.. So I chose some new shades that differ from the OEM palette with some added character and depth that should color-shift based on lighting. (Might as well get something more ‘stimulating’ if they’re already going in for a professional respray imo)

Anyways… I’ve narrowed it down to the 5 reds below, ordered samples and tried to capture some different angles to show the colors best. The lighting/angle really effect how these look!!

Thanks all, I’m leaning towards the #4 Illusion red myself. Has that deep blood red but in the sunlight has a gold sparkle that pictures don’t pick up it just looks fantastic… the jury is still out though, hehe

#3 and I would probably ad those CF pieces to front bumper since you have CF on the rocker and deck lid...Good looking ride..They look so much better lowered without that huge gap in the rear fender well....J
