My heated seats are... not as powerful as i expected. It may sound strange, but they just feel a bit "warmish", while the porsche heating is 10 times more powerful.

Any ideas? Is this normal? or do mine have a problem?

Maybe because you guys have full leather seats and I have the "Britex" fabric, it might conduct heat better.

Or they improved the system on the GS.

well, mine is a GS (black leather) and as i mentioned above, they are just warm.

i would guess, that if there was a problem the seats would just not work... so now i'm not sure if there is a problem or if thats what they are supposed to be like.

I guess me and Packard_Roy are having the same effect... hmm

could it be that the heating has two circuits and one is not working?

BTW I had a defective heating element in my coupe. It was "luke warm" compared to the passenger seat.

Dealer diagnosed it as a high resistance element by measuring current draw --- apparently Maserati wasn't crazy about replacing something that was "not completely broken" but please, it wouldn't have melted ice cream.

Anyway, got it replaced under warranty.
