Needed to replace a daytime running lamp bulb on passenger side yesterday. Found a big surprise when I opened the black rubber boot, most of the wires were bare, looks like insulation just cracked and fell off. Has anyone run into this? Is there a harness available to swap out?

Yes, pretty common on Valeo headlights...You can either let it rock or take small shrink tubing and recover the wires...It's a PITA, but I have done it on Jaguars....Jason
