Diagnosing a car via the internet via videos and faults codes etc. is kinda a crap shoot...I'm not really sure what you are looking for here? If you not gonna take the car to a shop that uses meters and wiring diagrams etc. to diagnosis the car then internet guesses are what you are gonna get...That is the best folks can do with what they have to work with...There is no magic answer with so little information...I know it's the best I can do...Jason

Jason, of course you're right, that's not lost on me. I was posting with hopes that someone may have had a similar issue, or that perhaps you've seen something like this in your shop. I though that maybe this comes up if the battery is disconnected for a long time, or if someone knew what this pulsing starter is and had a solution. If I can't get further than this myself, I will have to bring it in for professional help.

I have never seen a 4200 do that before...Jason
